Kick off with a 30-minute call to provide access to all the things AND go over your goals for your podcast.
I spend the next 2-3hrs poring over your data and finding out what's working and what's not.
We will end with a 45-minute audit walkthrough call where we go over my findings.
Within 24 business hours I will create a full podcast audit report with all of my findings and recommendations.
